The design process begins with modeling a part or assembly as a 3D Solid. From this point, material properties and loading can be applied, allowing the Die Craft engineers to calculate weights, center of gravity and perform complete Finite Element Analysis.
Advanced motion simulation and interference detection are often used to check and verify entire machines in a visual environment. Motion analysis allows our customers to see their final product, make changes and see the results before manufacturing begins, saving time and money. Making the final product perform exactly as desired is a shared goal between Die Craft and our clients.
Finally, detailed drawings of the part or assembly can be created directly from the model. Dimensions, bills of materials and model properties are automatically imported into the drawing.
